Children are magical…
I’ve told Wes for years that I want to bring him to NYC and see Wicked (because I’ve seen it 3 times and love it), and he has strongly resisted. Anyway, Vera heard Defying Gravity the other day for the first time, and had wanted to listen to nothing else. We must have listened at least 30 times since Thursday. Wes asked me if I thought it was too adult to take her to see it! The things dads do for their daughters!!
It reminds me of a scene from the Justin Bieber movie (yes, I’ve seen it), where this dad took his girls to the concert, and he’s wearing a shirt his daughters made that talks about how awesome and cute the Biebs is. He ends up getting moved to the front row with his kids. It was so cute it made me cry.
